The dual-shaft shredder is a machine that shreds materials through shearing, tearing, and compressive forces generated by two counter-rotating knife shafts. 【Working Principle】:
After materials enter the shredding chamber, two sets of blade-equipped main shafts rotate toward each other. Through the combined actions of shearing, tearing, and compression between the knives, materials are progressively broken into smaller pieces. The shredded material is discharged through a screen or outlet, and the particle size can be controlled by adjusting the knife gap or screen aperture.
