【Production Capacity】:
Standard configuration processing capacity is 30–150 tons/day (can be customized and expanded according to regional collection volume and site conditions). It supports continuous operation and is suitable for urban bulky waste temporary storage points, resource recovery centers, or sanitation complex projects.
【Product Introduction】:
The production line consists of a chain conveyor, heavy-duty shredder, secondary fine crusher, magnetic separator, air separation system, vibrating screen, dust removal and noise reduction equipment, and intelligent control system. The main unit uses high-strength alloy blades and a wear-resistant structural design, efficiently crushing mixtures of wood, metal frames, and soft fillers. The entire line has a compact layout, stable operation, and is easy to maintain and clean.
【Working Principle】:
Large-sized waste is pre-disassembled manually or mechanically and then conveyed to a heavy-duty shredder for coarse crushing. The crushed material then enters a secondary fine crusher for further volume reduction. Subsequently, a magnetic separator separates ferrous metals, an air separation system separates lightweight materials (such as fabrics and foam), and a vibrating screen classifies the remaining components according to particle size. The entire process is equipped with negative pressure dust removal and sound insulation devices, and PLC centralized control enables automated operation and safety monitoring.
