The production line integrates a chain feeder, drum screen/vibrating screen, air separation system, magnetic separator, manual sorting platform, conveying system, and intelligent control unit. Core components are made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials, adapting to high humidity and highly corrosive material environments. It can efficiently separate components such as plastic film, textiles, wood, bamboo, ironware, stones, and organic humus, facilitating subsequent resource recovery or safe landfill disposal.
【Working Principle】:
After being evenly distributed, aged waste first enters the primary screening equipment to remove large debris; then it enters the main screening system for particle size classification; lightweight combustibles are extracted by a negative pressure air separation system; a magnetic separator automatically recovers ferrous metals; humus and aggregates are transported to designated areas separately. The entire process is equipped with a dust removal and deodorization auxiliary system to ensure a clean and controllable working environment, and PLC centralized monitoring ensures stable operation.
