【Product Introduction】:

The production line consists of a feeding device, crushing and pre-treatment unit, multi-stage vibrating screen, air separation system, magnetic separator, conveyor belt assembly, and intelligent control platform. The main structure is constructed of high-strength, wear-resistant steel, offering impact and wear resistance. Its scientific layout ensures easy maintenance. It is suitable for sorting concrete blocks, bricks, tiles, wood, plastics, metals, and decorative waste.

【Working Principle】:

Construction waste, after initial crushing, enters the vibrating screening system for particle size classification. Lighter materials (such as wood chips, plastics, and textiles) are separated by air separation equipment. A magnetic separator automatically recovers ferrous metals. Coarse and fine aggregates are conveyed and piled separately, achieving simultaneous "heavy-light-magnetic" three-way sorting. The entire system is centrally controlled by a PLC, with adjustable parameters, visible operation, and simple operation.
