【Product Introduction】:

This equipment adopts a multi-stage impact plate and hammer structure. A high-speed rotor drives the hammers to repeatedly impact and crush the material. The discharge particle size can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the rotor. The equipment has a compact structure and high crushing efficiency, making it suitable for integration into waste resource recovery lines, working in conjunction with screening, magnetic separation, and conveying equipment.

【Working Principle】:

Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet. The high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammers to initially impact and crush the material. The crushed material flies towards the impact plate, rebounds again into the hammer area for secondary or multiple crushing until the particle size is smaller than the set discharge gap, at which point it is discharged from the bottom, achieving the goal of medium to fine crushing.
