【Product Introduction】:

This equipment uses a crushing chamber composed of a moving jaw and a fixed jaw. A crank-connecting rod mechanism drives the moving jaw to periodically press against the fixed jaw, achieving compression crushing of the material. The discharge opening width is adjustable to accommodate different discharge particle size requirements. The equipment features a robust frame, suitable for heavy-duty operations, and is often used as the first stage in a crushing system, in conjunction with a vibrating feeder, magnetic separator, and belt conveyor.

【Working Principle】:

The motor drives the belt and pulley, which in turn rotates the eccentric shaft, causing the moving jaw plate to periodically move closer to or away from the fixed jaw plate. Material enters the crushing chamber through the upper feed inlet and is crushed by compression, splitting, and bending between the moving and fixed jaws. The crushed material exits through the lower discharge outlet, with the particle size controlled by the width of the discharge outlet.
