This equipment uses a rotating cutter shaft or hook tooth structure to effectively break open common packaging bags such as woven plastic bags and PE bags through mechanical tearing, allowing the contents to disperse for easier subsequent sorting and processing. The equipment boasts a robust structure and stable operation, and can be integrated with conveyors, screening machines, magnetic separators, and other equipment to form a continuous processing line.

【Working Principle】:

Materials are fed into the bag-breaking machine's inlet via a conveyor. A rotating cutter roller or hook-tooth device hooks, tears, and cuts the bag, causing it to break. The internal material scatters and is discharged under gravity and the machine's movement. The bag fragments are then carried to the next process or further sorted and recycled.
