【Product Introduction】:

This equipment adopts an inclined rotating screen cylinder structure. The cylinder body consists of multiple sections of screens with different aperture sizes, enabling simultaneous multi-stage screening. The screen material can be selected from wear-resistant steel, perforated plate, or woven mesh according to the material characteristics, adapting to wet, sticky, or impurity-containing materials. The equipment operates smoothly, has high screening efficiency, and can be linked with conveyors, crushers, magnetic separators, and other equipment to form a screening system.

【Working Principle】:

Materials enter the rotating screen cylinder through the feed inlet and tumble forward under the action of gravity and the cylinder's rotation. Materials smaller than the screen openings pass through the corresponding aperture screens and fall down, while larger particles are discharged from the end of the screen cylinder, thus achieving particle size classification. The undersize and oversize materials can then enter different processing flows.
