The bar screen is a vibrating screening device designed for pre-screening complex materials such as municipal solid waste, construction waste, industrial solid waste, and aged waste. Located at the front end of a waste treatment production line, it effectively separates fine materials, soil, and debris, helping to reduce the load on subsequent crushing and sorting equipment and improving overall line efficiency and resource recovery capabilities.

【Product Introduction】:

This equipment features a structure optimized for the characteristics of garbage materials. It utilizes thickened wear-resistant alloy bars and a high-strength box structure, providing excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The screen inclination angle and amplitude can be adjusted as needed to adapt to garbage materials with different moisture levels and viscosities. It can be used in conjunction with downstream equipment such as crushers, magnetic separators, and air separators to form a garbage resource recovery production line.

【Working Principle】:

The equipment generates directional vibration through a dual-shaft vibrator or vibrating motor, causing the screen box to move along a set trajectory (linear or elliptical). Mixed garbage is evenly distributed from the feed inlet. During the vibrating conveying process, fine materials smaller than the gaps between the bars (such as slag, debris, and fine organic materials) are screened through the gaps, while larger materials (such as wood blocks, stones, and plastic clumps) are conveyed forward to the discharge end, achieving the separation of coarse and fine materials.
